[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically, it's a beautiful washer. Copious amount of space. Quite a bit of a learning curve with the settings and the instructions aren't helpful— very generic. Hence my 4 star rating. Otherwise no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great! The capacity is massive and easy to access upon removal of the clothes. During the cycle(s) the machine is super quiet. Every different setting I've used (Normal, Delicate, Bedding, etc.) has worked great and with great results.

Whoever says this is a good washing machine is flat out LYING. We bought one brand new and you cant wash ANYTHING without the washing machine having an error in the spin cycle. I have tried small loads, medium loads, large loads, I have tried every variation of settings, I have tried only shirts, only towels, only socks! and literally nothing works. There WILL BE AN ERROR. It wont spin properly because of the imbalance. It makes an awful noise like your house is going to break, and then it will literally just add more water and try again until you stop it. Which is not only wasteful, but EXTREMELY inconvenient. You literally will have to play Tetris along with Russian Roulette to pick and choose different items to move around and try to balance the thing. Which to be honest never works. Then you are just wasting energy trying the cycle and waiting 3 minutes until it spins to see if it did work, only to realize it didn't. I have probably spent more on energy and water at this point then just buying a new one. THEN LUCKY ME!! MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE WHICH HAD THE SAME WASHING MACHINE! SOMEHOW THIS ONE IS EVEN WORSE. Same exact issue! and newer mind you! But I literally cant do one single load of laundry without having to do everything I listed above and then some. Its honestly the worst design ever. Don't buy it. Seriously trust me, don't buy it. On top of the fact that not having an agitator in the middle means your clothes don't get as clean. SAVE YOURSELF

We have several Samsung appliances and the washing machine is highly rated and a great value for money. The design allows for easy installation. The machine performs efficiently and has the technology the current and provides efficient energy management.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the huge capacity. Lots of cycle options. Super quiet. Does a nice job cleaning clothes, but they can often get tangled in each other. Also, the detergent drawer doesn't open very far, so it's a little bit of a pain to pour in liquid detergent.

The ease of the controls and design layout are perfect. It is advanced in it design and technology. I look forward to doing laundry with this unit. Hassle free and it looks nice too.

The design, capacity, number of cycle options are exactly what I was looking for. I've only had this for a day but certain that the upgraded technology will outperform the previous machines I've owned.
