[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is day one with my new Samsung washer. I have to start out by saying the instructions could have been better on how to use my new washer. There was a lot of what not to do in the book but the actual specifics on how everything worked could have been clearer. Once I worked my way through what the actual process was we were off and running. Yes this wash does take longer to complete a load if laundry but it uses less water and cleans better than my old agitator washing machine. It is very quiet which is lovely. I highly recommend this washer and it's dryer mate. Definitely worth the money.
