It is extremely quiet which I love since our laundry is on the second floor. And it plays lovely music when the load is done! Also the app is a plus but not sure how much I will be using that feature!!

Purchased this washer back in 2020. We go it for a discount at a Sears Appliance store. The machine worked fine for a while. Now the machine has a problem once it gets to the spin cycle. The machine will show an UR code which means it will fill with water to re-balance the clothes. It will do this 3x and if the clothes still isn't leveled, it will show an UB code where the clothes will physically need to be rearranged in the drum. I had to rearrange my clothes over 10x sometimes this goes into the next day because I give up. The machine doesn't have any mechanical issues etc- I ran all the troubleshooting to make sure. It just doesn't perform well down the line. I do not overpack the washer, the floor is leveled, and still when it gets to the spin cycle, it makes the banging noises and I have to intervene. I even went as far as removing the clothes and positioning them evenly in the drum and still it shows a UR code that ultimately goes to a UB code. DO NOT BUY! This washer will not last past 5 years- especially if you have a family where washing clothes may occur about 3x a week.

I love the auto detergent feature Cleans clothes very good. The size allows me to clean my quilts without having to go to the laundry. Great product overall!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this top load washer even thou I've never owned a Samsung washer .What initially captured my attention besides the capacity was the sleek design and Wi-Fi enabled technology, as of yet I have not used the super speed feature, but the normal speed quick wash seems adequate.

I appreciate it telling me when the cycle is done. I also appreciate the different cycle option it offers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a extra large capacity washer and this fits the bill...used powder detergent with first wash and noticed a residue left on a pair of shorts. Hopefully this is not the norm or we may have to move to liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I wasn’t planning on buying a new washing machine, but the one that I had died suddenly. I’d only had it for about eight years and apparently in washing machine years that’s a lot nowadays. I had no idea what kind of washer I wanted, but talking with a friend she said she Had a Samsung and loved it and it was reliable and that’s old me. I thankfully was able to find one that could be delivered the next day. Having had it now for about a week I absolutely love it! There’s so many options to choose for the kind of what you want to do and how specific you want your clothes washed. Also, it’s huge! Not having the agitator has made it so much easier to wash things like blankets and big loads of laundry. It’s great at getting all of the water out of clothes so drying has been much simpler too. All I know is if my dryer goes I am going to be getting the dryer that matches this washing machine without any hesitation!

I love the quick wash speed at 31 minutes. It’s quiet and I like the active jet feature instead of the agitator. I also use the gentle cycle for my bamboo sheets. Great performing washer

I’m so happy with it. I’m 5’3 so I need a stool to reach all the way down to the drum…but no problem. It washes everything clean.
