[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with the capacity of this washer. You can wash your biggest comforter! No more having to go to the laundromat because your bedding doesn’t fit in your washer. I love no agitator in the middle not only does it make more room in the washer for large loads, but my undergarments aren’t getting tangled all around it and being ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I wasn’t planning on buying a new washing machine, but the one that I had died suddenly. I’d only had it for about eight years and apparently in washing machine years that’s a lot nowadays. I had no idea what kind of washer I wanted, but talking with a friend she said she Had a Samsung and loved it and it was reliable and that’s old me. I thankfully was able to find one that could be delivered the next day. Having had it now for about a week I absolutely love it! There’s so many options to choose for the kind of what you want to do and how specific you want your clothes washed. Also, it’s huge! Not having the agitator has made it so much easier to wash things like blankets and big loads of laundry. It’s great at getting all of the water out of clothes so drying has been much simpler too. All I know is if my dryer goes I am going to be getting the dryer that matches this washing machine without any hesitation!

It is extremely quiet which I love since our laundry is on the second floor. And it plays lovely music when the load is done! Also the app is a plus but not sure how much I will be using that feature!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This is my first ever top loader. Hoping it will be better for my back. However I am sad I just lots being able to use the top of the washer to hold my laundry soap. My house doesn’t have much for storage

Purchased this washer back in 2020. We go it for a discount at a Sears Appliance store. The machine worked fine for a while. Now the machine has a problem once it gets to the spin cycle. The machine will show an UR code which means it will fill with water to re-balance the clothes. It will do this 3x and if the clothes still isn't leveled, it will show an UB code where the clothes will physically need to be rearranged in the drum. I had to rearrange my clothes over 10x sometimes this goes into the next day because I give up. The machine doesn't have any mechanical issues etc- I ran all the troubleshooting to make sure. It just doesn't perform well down the line. I do not overpack the washer, the floor is leveled, and still when it gets to the spin cycle, it makes the banging noises and I have to intervene. I even went as far as removing the clothes and positioning them evenly in the drum and still it shows a UR code that ultimately goes to a UB code. DO NOT BUY! This washer will not last past 5 years- especially if you have a family where washing clothes may occur about 3x a week.

I also love the large capacity tub, making it easy to wash comforters and large bedding items. I thought the slightly-sloped lid would be a negative, but I am still able to put folded laundry on it. I like the sleek look and that the top is dark but can be seen through, helpful during a wash cycle. I highly recommend this washer. I am very pleased.

The machine is good quality and easy to use. Simple instructions and push button controls make starting loads of laundry fast and takes the guesswork out of settings.

I love that the app shows me what the machine is doing, how much time is left and alerts me when the wash is complete. We just received it yesterday, so not much other feedback just yet.

One of the things we looked for was the over all height of the unit , we wanted it to shield the drain and the hot and cold values and with the height of the machine it worked perfect and gave us the look we were looking for
