The digital controls make it a breeze to select the right cooking settings, and it's easy to use. Works really well and very convenient.

Five stars for these guys. Don’t believe all the negative reviews. They replaced my West Bend air fryer purchased at Sam's Club under warranty for a $20 shipping charge. Nice to have a new replacement West Bend air fryer. Charvey, their Customer Service Rep did a great job: Prompt & Professional. I would not hesitate purchasing another West Bend product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are pros and cons to this air fryer and I have a love hate relationship with some things. To start it doesn't have forced preheat unlike my previous one which is great I can add the food and cook right away but that also means food needs a bit longer to cook my 10 min fries need 12 min in this one which is not a big deal. It foesnt have a mid time reminder to flip or shake food. The basket is big and dishwasher safe which is a bonus but the metal insert leaves gaps and my thin fries seems to love to fall under it from the side so definitely a con. The food cooks great and taste great so no complaints there. One of my concerns is how low to the counter the airfryer though I prefer ones with more elevation but i keep a heat resistant matt to protect my counters. The biggest difference to other airfryers is the light and window and I love being able to see the food cook and add more time when needed.

I've been using this for making french fries, Chicken nuggets, reheating leftovers, toasting bread, roasting veggies. It can be used for all kinds of cooking. So convenient to have it at home. Design: looks good in my kitchen. Love it!!! Inside structure: since it doesn't have shelf like oven toaster, it gives options for me to freely utilize the space. I cooked hen and it was fitting in very well. Tip: I bought paper liner and it has been useful for cleaning.

Purchased this in March, 2024. Couple of months later I noticed the basket coating is flecking off, not sure I like that in my food! Maybe it's the brand, because my last air fryer never had that issue? Also noticed when cooking bacon, it starts smoking!

We've used other air fryers before but I really like how spacious this one is. Also, it looks sleek on our counter top. I honestly don't need all the different presets, but it doesn't hurt my experience and I'm sure there are people who really appreciate it. It does a nice job of moving the air around and getting things crisp. There is a grate/ plate that sits on the bottom and it is so low that we were worried there wouldn't be enough space for air to move around the food, but it was no problem at all. Love the window, too!
