After just a couple of months it is blistering and peeling off, THE reason I bought a West Bend brand product was this non-stick and it's claimed durability. This defect renders this air fryer useless, and it was no bargain price item. I am beyond angry and disappointed with West Bend.

I already owned one but this was definitely an upgrade. I started off with the basics of frozen fried food (fries/chicken) and it was perfectly cooked. My absolute favorite thing is that it has glass so you’re able to see how your food is coming along *no reason anything should ever burn* !* that alone is like 1000pts lol — I’ve even discovered a cake button so I can’t even wait to bake something lol. I know that I’ll be experimenting a lot more with this machine. 10/10 recommend.

It is so quick and easy to make that we all have been using the air fryer. It is easy to use the preset instructions.

To start it doesn't have forced preheat unlike my previous one which is great I can add the food and cook right away but that also means food needs a bit longer to cook my 10 min fries need 12 min in this one which is not a big deal. It foesnt have a mid time reminder to flip or shake food. The basket is big and dishwasher safe which is a bonus but the metal insert leaves gaps and my thin fries seems to love to fall under it from the side so definitely a con. The food cooks great and taste great so no complaints there. One of my concerns is how low to the counter the airfryer though I prefer one...

We've used other air fryers before but I really like how spacious this one is. Also, it looks sleek on our counter top. I honestly don't need all the different presets, but it doesn't hurt my experience and I'm sure there are people who really appreciate it. It does a nice job of moving the air around and getting things crisp. There is a grate/ plate that sits on the bottom and it is so low that we were worried there wouldn't be enough space for air to move around the food, but it was no problem at all. Love the window, too!

It is large enough to feed my family without taking up too much space on my countertop. It did take awhile to get the chemical smell out of the machine prior to using, but that’s normal. It heats up my food evenly and quickly. I got use to all the settings easily. My entire family is constantly using it. I am quite happy with this product, and I would recommend.

Occasionally in the past, I would heat up an oven just to throw on 6 chicken nuggets! Seemed really inefficient to do that. And you can't just put them in the microwave. - gross. This is the right way to do those small meals. The menu is simple to understand and well laid out! a Win for me and my family!
