[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is awesome. I upgraded my old Shark, that was working fine, but just time to get a new one. This has amazing suction. I have two large furry dogs so this is a must. Easy to turn and manipulate around furniture.

The suction is powerful. This vacuum cleaner is very easy to use and the odor neutralizer helps keep my home smelling fresh and clean. This vacuum was able to pick all the hard to get places, like my rugs where the hair usually just grabs on. It’s easy to clean and easy to use, im really happy with it.

It works on fur, litter and it's easy to use! I love the self cleaning brush as no hair or fur gets trapped in the brush. I also love the lift away feature works great on my couch and stairs! This vacuum in my opinion is the best I have ever owned. I think it's worth it just for the quality alone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two great Danes that shed ALOT. Couple that with the dander and you will need the proper machine to handle it. The Shark Pet Lift-Away has addressed that and then some. #1- The rotator that doesn't need cleaning. Brilliant! #2 Huge collection tank- Easy to clean. #3 Odor Neutralizer- Wonderful to get rid of that "Dog Smell". #4 LED lights- Shows you exactly where the hair and dirt are. I like to vacuum with the room lights off for just that reason. #5 The machine glides effortlessly accross the floor or carpet. The only dislike I have is the cord management. The little clip at the top of the handle will not keep the cord as you work. Overall, I love this machine!

It effortlessly picks up what my previous vacuum missed, even the things that were barely visible. I was genuinely amazed at how much debris and pet hair it collected from my already clean floor during its initial use. Additionally, it has a cartridge that releases a refreshing scent throughout the house while vacuuming. As a mom dealing with a messy preschooler, this vacuum truly keeps up with the challenge. Another feature I appreciate is that all the tubes can be easily disconnected in case I accidentally vacuum up a toy. Thanks to this remarkable device, my floors and furniture feel and smell incredibly clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my shark vacuum. It vacuums everything off my floor and leaves my carpet smelling amazing. It's got a lot of cool features too like high power suction and low suction along with a bunch others. Really great product highly recommend.

We have had two of these vacuums in less than 2 years (we bought the first one on Oct.2022 and the second in Oct.2023). Now, in less than a year, the 2nd one is broken. Had we remembered the vacuum has a 5 year warranty, we'd probably still be on our 1st one. However, both vacuums have had the exact same problem. The soft front roller (not the main one) keeps having issues. Specifically, it is driven by a plastic gear (both the gear on the vacuum head and the receiver piece for the gear on the roller are plastic), which rounds out causing the roller to stop rolling. In fairness, we have two dogs that shed a lot, and the vacuum is used almost daily. However, it is billed as PetPro, so it should handle the hair. Also, other than saving manufacturing cost, there is no reason to make that gear from plastic...it should be metal. This isn't some cheap $100 vacuum, and it should be made of better materials for the price. I will say that Shark is sending a whole new head under warranty. However, the new head only comes with the main roller, not the front one that's broken on our unit. We also had to pay $17 for shipping, and we'll need to buy the new roller for $18. So we have to spend $35 to fix our vacuum, that's only 9 months old, and cost $289. Again, we had the exact same problem with the previous vacuum. Not sure why it breaks so consistently and we have to pay anything to fix it. I will say that when it works, it does a great job. That's the only reason it gets 3 stars, instead of 1 or 2. I will also say when the warranty is up, we will look for something built better, if this is still the same.

We have two dogs large house dogs and so far the hair does not get caught up in the front roller brush of the vacuum just like advertised. We are very happy with vacuum and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to purchase a new one.
