We have two dogs large house dogs and so far the hair does not get caught up in the front roller brush of the vacuum just like advertised. We are very happy with vacuum and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to purchase a new one.

It works on fur, litter and it's easy to use! I love the self cleaning brush as no hair or fur gets trapped in the brush. I also love the lift away feature works great on my couch and stairs! This vacuum in my opinion is the best I have ever owned. I think it's worth it just for the quality alone!

I've had a hard time over the years equating 'vacuum cleaner' with 'bare floors' as I'm used to mostly using them on carpeting. I've experimented with many stick vacuums that claim to be good on bare floors and then just started using my older Shark Lift Away (white and red model) for my floors. Game changer. This model ups the ante quite a bit with the self cleaning brush roller and the built in deodorizer. I get a lot of use out of switching it to 'canister mode' and using the stick to reach up onto walls and into corners. One thing I really wish this model included would be a wider attachment for the wand for bare floors as I have a few pieces of furniture I can't get under with the brush roller and feel like the included attachment is very narrow. I've relegated my trusty older Shark to the basement and will be using this on the main floor from now on. Great product from a long line of great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally in love with this new vacuum. We have two German Shepherds and they shed a lot. This vacuum was wonderful. It picked up the dog hair and dander. It is lightweight and very easy to operate.

The vacuum cant seem to handle the fur of our huskies. We have hardwood, carpet,and a rug. Somehow the vacuum is both too strong and too weak to actually vacuum the rug. When its on max suction it stops suctioning like theres a clog in the rollers. When its on mininum suction it cant pick up anything and i mean anything. The new roller brush is a joke. I have to constantly remove it to clean out the fur. I can usually get about 3-4 swipes on the carpet before i have to clean it. And because of this new style of roller, it just drags the fur along the carpet, leaving clumps of it all over the rug. This has the weakest suction of any vacuum Ive ever owned. I wish i had the money to get a new vacuum. it is truly a waste of money. I have heard that a lot of vacuums are going to this style of roller brush. It is not good for pets at all on carpet/rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super simple to put together, probably took all of a minute to attach the 3 main parts. It’s pulling dog hair out of the carpet that my old vacuum didn’t. I’m excited about the odor neutralizer that I have attached pictures of. I’m not sure exactly how it works, but I’m hoping it helps with dog smells and some of the water damage we had with the basement carpet. The vacuum swivel’s fantastic, I got under different things easily. It’s worth the money.

It honestly feels like a commercial grade vacuum cleaner that’s how clean my carpets feel after vacuuming them. I am very clean and vacuum multiple times a day because I have a little ones who tend to be a bit messy like little ones do ha ha and I always thought I was getting my carpets really clean and floors clean but after using this vacuum I definitely was not. the amount of stuff that came out of the vacuum after vacuuming all of the rooms and floors is insane. The picture is of all of the stuff that the vacuum got just from vacuuming 2 rooms and the living room rug (and a few pieces of plastic I was too lazy to pick up hahah)! I also want to say I have VERY long hair and I’m always shedding and it typically gets wrapped around the vacuums bottom part, ZERO hair wrapped around with this one! 10 out of 10 recommend this to everyone. I will not ever be buying a different brand. Super easy to put together too!
