The electrical cord is not very protected. It got nicked twice the first time I used the vacuum, and I had to wrap it with electrical tape.

Great vacuum especially if you have pets that shed. This is our Shark and they are the best vacuum.

I had used this vacuumed less than 10 times and it stopped working!!!! I bought yet another brand this time. Never will purchase another one!

Just waiting to see how long the dust cup last before needing to be replaced, plastic is poor quality.Works great otherwise.

Does a great job picking up dirt. The cord is long, which is nice. The attachments fall off the holders while you vacuum.

Love this vacuum! It’s the best I’ve ever had, and we’ve had some that cost 3x this price! Picks up SO much better.

This is the second Shark that I gave owned… the last one was 10 years old. I LOVE the vacuum! Suction is amazing!

I love shark products and this one does not disappoint! Light weight , great suction and the odor control cartridge smells great !

Absolutely love this vacuum! I had bought a shark from Walmart and it never had a lot of suction power. This shark has power and easy to maneuver!

This vacuum really sucks, in a good way! I can't believe the amount of pet hair and sand it picks up! Well worth the money! I hope it lasts!
