Love this vac and the fact you can wash the canister and keep it smelling fresh. Heat suction and really does a good job!

Bought this to replace a Dyson vacuum we had for years. Reviews were good and after getting this vacuum can attest that they were right. This picks up better than the Dyson and was quite a bit less expensive.

Great vacuum but does not lift off like my old one did to fit under furniture that is 10”off the floor.Unfortunately I bought online and used it before I realized it. Also much heavier than the previous model so not easy to use on stairs

I have had this vacuum for over 5 months, dealing with the high pitch sound but the husband has finally had enough. So I am planning to exchange to see if I got an especially loud one. Anyone else have similar complaint?

Works pretty well, but smells. I thought the smell would dissipate after a while but it still hasn't after a couple of months of use. I have to open the windows when using it to air out the house.

Don't waste your money on this vacuum. The supposed self cleaning head is constantly clogging with dog hair and will not spin. Shark vacuums are not what they once were.
