Has anyone tried to combine 2 crusts to roll out to a bigger size for deep dish or bigger pie pans ?

Hi Lostbaker, you can definitely try stacking the crusts and rolling them out to make a round crust with a larger diameter, or overlapping them to make a slab pie in a sheet pan (here's an example: https://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/apple-slab-pie/0925229b-4ae1-4881-9a3f-cef8a4221959). Just bear in mind that baking time may differ. And if there's a specific recipe you're wondering about we're happy to look into it!
