i bought your pillsbury pie crust and my husband and myself said there is a funny taste to the crust almost a chemical taste!!! have you had complaints like this? Heather

Smells like old oil when in the oven and taste the same. Won’t be buying anymore of these have been great in the past but this isn’t he second batch of bad ones.

Because I suffer from Alpha Gal Allergy (any mammal products), I need to know if the lard used in pie crust has animal lard or vegetable lard.  Are there any mammal products or by-products in the crust?
