I found the taste was rancid. Maybe the lard or oil was bad. It had a bitter rancid taste--ruined my pie, threw it out. Waste of money, time and no pie! Will not buy again, my homemade crust will be the one I use!

These are my go-to crusts when I make  pot pies.  I was so disappointed to open up  dry dough  that cracked when baking. It reminds me of a generic brand I use in a pinch.  I thought maybe it was a fluke until I read these other reviews.

Not large enough. bakes oddly. Texture is off. Smells. Just make your own crust. THe trade off of quality for perceived confidence is no longer worth it.
