The battery needed to be changed, so we shelved it for this model because it's corded. This model cleans much better and the steam function removes the dirt from the grout.

Ran my new Crosswave over it the other day (in area rug mode) and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out. Not impressed with my cleaner but very impressed with my Crosswave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything went well the first use, but second time the clean water wouldn't discharge from the reservoir...to clean or do the clean out afterward. The troubleshooting guide was not helpful. So, I'm off to a vacuum repair shop next week.

No more calculating timetables ... when will I have time to vacuum and then follow up right after to wet mop? I can now take my time to vacuum and then wet mop as I'm going! And the wet/steam cleaning is so much better than using a sponge mop! The clean-up is easier than I thought and quicker! Great product for my tile floors, laminate floors and large area rugs!

I am raising a bunch of puppies and my yard is not finished. They come in with dirty paws and within seconds the floor is covered with prints. I thrive in a clean kitchen and I was not doing well with the mess. Spending all evening cleaning and doing nothing more. Now I can pull out the CrossWave and within 20 minutes I feel like I can live and breath again. Thank. you CrossWave

I have had several of the crosswaves but this one is definetly my favorite. THe suction is very powerful wasn't sure about going back to the corded but it is worth it for this increased power and steam!
