The machine ran 4 days straight. Supplied power to the whole house except the stove. Never had any issues. Worked perfectly. Would buy another in a minute. Now ready for any storm!!

Purchased this generator due to all of the freak weather events in Massachusetts. Saved the house when we lost power for 6 days due to the October snow storm. We had heat and hot water and a full kitchen to keep us safe and in our own home.

I purchased this generator for backing up critical appliances in our home and use out at the farm. Exceeds my expectations by far! Electric start is definitely a huge plus.

Unit surged badly right out of the box. Would not provide reliable power when it was need desperately needed. Could t get support when it happened and now faced with decision on what to do with a useless heap of metal.

This generator is so Great ,, All the stores can't keep them in stock!! It took me to Illinois to where I found a warehouse that had in stock to find. Powers the whole house. Great Product!

I did not consider purchasing any other brand. The company I work for sells Generac whole house generators with VERY few problems. Customers are willing to wait for them during the Covid-19 event.

I cannot get it started I filled oil and gas turned switch on full choke turned gas on pulled chord and it will not fire. Turned choke off pulled some more and still will not fire. I exchanged my first one for same reason. What am I doing wrong?

Can't wait for the power to go out. This generator will definitely get us through the storm! Our electrician said that we could probably sell power to the neighbors with this one! LOL Worth the investment.

Every Thing is great about the unit. It handles everything I have hooked up for substitute power including my well pump. It does not have an idle sequence which I would have liked to have.
