Used it for the first time after heavy winds took down power lines. Rolled it out of the garage, hit the start button and it fired right up. Easily handled the ten circuts that it was powering. So far so good!

Would have given it 5 stars and labeled it Great if the display had a light or some indication the battery was charging when connect to the included charger! Also the Hour meter is located too low to see. Poor angle

Bought a GP6500 generator after a ice storm in Michigan and two days before Christmas. Family was kept warm for the 8 days without power. Satisfied Completely!!

Decided to go with this unit instead if a whole house generator.This unit will supply the power we want plus it's portable. A lot cheaper that installing a whole house generator.

Bought it and it ran great. With only 19 hours on it developed compression issues and due to that the recoil starter broke. Had it fixed at a Generac dealer and it runs great, getting Generac to honor their warranty not great.

Fired it up after installing wheel kit and handle then put it right to use. Ran everything I needed with trouble. Turned on everything but the ac and was impressed next time will try ac as well

Bought this generator the day after Florence hit Wilmington. Ran it for 4 days. Performed flawlessly. With a little maintenance, this generator should do the trick for a long time.

JUST RECIEVED MY 17.500 UNIT TOOK ABT 1 HR TO GET READY. I LET IT RUN LOW IDLE TO BREAK IN CHECK OUTPUT. OUTPUT IS AS SHOWN BIG 16 GAL TANK SHOULD RUN ALL NIGHT

Electric start is a fantastic feature, generator started right away and I love all the features and how all the receptacles are covered. Very simple to put together and it only took me maybe 1 hour in total. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Unit surged badly right out of the box. Would not provide reliable power when it was need desperately needed. Could t get support when it happened and now faced with decision on what to do with a useless heap of metal.
