I ordered three of these chairs and two of them are fine. However, the third chair is missing the power cord. I called customer service (Abbyson, who is the manufacturer), and they sent a form asking for pictures and a description of the problem, which I answered on the 9th of January.  The form indicated that it would take 5 - 7 days to resolve. Today is day 20 and I still haven't received a reply. I called again and my call when to voice mail. I have two good chairs and one that is of no use until I get the power cord.

Good chairs but crummy customer service

I bought this item about a month ago and I'm quite pleased. One of the best features is the charging of phones and laptops in the concealed console. The chairs are easy to assemble, but I will need to more time to comment on durability. The only negative is that UPS dropped the chairs off on my front porch without contacting me. There is not telling how long those chairs were just sitting on my porch. It's a blessing that no one took them.
