The chair is very nice but I can’t get it to recline so I call the service department six day ago and have not gotten a word or text back from anyone

Could be more comfortable. It's a generous seat without being an oversized chair. And the storage in the armrests is a major advantage.

Very comfortable..can actually fall asleep ..so relaxing. And my smart phone is always charged..and never need a tv table!

I really like this chair, but it is a lot harder than my previous chair. Its more for just sitting, less for comfort
