Chairs are good looking and comfortable. One of the chairs was wired in such a way that the first time we reclined, the wire was severed by the recliner action. We were not able to get in contact with the company for resolution. The customer service number would always go to a voicemail and calls were not returned. Fortunately, my husband was able to splice the wire back together and re-rout it so that it would not cut itself gain. Not what you want to do with brand new furniture though.

The chair is very nice, reclines like my other three type of movie chairs. It has top compartments that work on spring hinges. The control for adjusting the chair are on the right side. This also has a USB for charging your iPhone… There is a tray for the right arm also. I use it also when the tray is on my right side.

We bought two of the single chairs and are really happy with them. We shopped at various furniture stores but could not fine a comfortable chair that also looked nice. The only complaint is the finish on one of the trays is defective and doesn't look good. We don't want to go through the hassle of returning the entire chair vs. just the tray.

Love the chair so far. Just received mine week ago. Giving 4 stars because assembly instructions were hard to find and read. Look like they're photocopies of photocopies of photocopies x50..you get the point. They were very faint and hard to read. The power cords were in one of the armchair compartments and marked by the "hardware" tape. However, if it wasn't for prior reviews, it would have taken much longer to find and locate the power cords underneath the chair. Personally, I feel the included work table is too small to be used all that much. It could be 6 inches longer and 3 inches wider to be more useful for eating or a laptop. I like the material and it has been comfortable. Don't think anyone could argue about the price/value. I've bought 3. Two for myself and 1 for my mom who is recovering from a surgery. She has had hers for 4 weeks now. She loves it and it has made an improvement in her recovery.

It's comfortable. Nice leather-like feel. We bought the gray chair, and it looks posh. Decent workmanship and solid construction. Easy to operate and infinitely adjustable through its range of motion. The chair practically lies flat when reclined, so you just might fall asleep watching TV… Convenient power outlet and two USB ports are hidden in an armrest for device charging needs, and right & left drink holders should keep you 'hydrated' with ease. And there's a removable little table too, which really needs an anti-slip mat on it to use safely. It stores in the deep armrest out of the way. Not too tough to assemble, but the whole thing is fairly heavy, so two adults will have an easier time of it. Look for the second power cable wrapped up with the table parts inside the deep storage compartment. BOTH ELECTRIC CABLES MUST BE CONNECTED FOR ANY OF THE POWER TO WORK. While on sale for about 35% off, this electric recliner is a great buy. It's good looking, cozy and easy to use.

Good looking, comfortable chair. It looks more expensive than what we paid for it. Unfortunately, the cup holder isn't seated well in the arm rest and it arrived with some scuff marks on it. We didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it because we had already carried it upstairs and didn't want to have to carry it downstairs then wait for another. But my husband loves the chair with its tray and automatic recliner. We would rate it 5 stars if the cup holder and scuff marks weren't an issue.

Nice and comfortable chair. I like how it stretches out so you can lay back. My only complsint is with the assembly of the chair. There should have been a diagram of the chair showing the control features. Also the instructions only show the power cord yet there was another cord that also had to be plugged in.

Great quality and soft material. Has a sleek design packed with features. The well padded arms open with a high quality hinge to deep pockets and electronic outlets. The cup holders are high quality molded plastic easy to clean. This chair will fit most any size person. I am planning on purchasing another chair.

The chair arrived on time. I unboxed it. Couldn't find one of the power cords. It wasn't listed as one of the items that was supposed to be with the chair. I called the manufacturer they told me sometimes it is wrapped up with the table or in the left arm storage. It was in the storage arm . Works perfectly no other problems.

Chair is nice. Comfortable and easy to attach back to the bottom. Only problem is the table doesn't fit well. It is not level. We had this same chair for 6 years and that table fits perfectly and is level. Tried the old table on the new chair but it won't fit. Black table also shows every finger print
