I use these in lots of convenient lunches - salads, wraps, add to pasta salad. SUPER convenient and great taste. The chunks are big so you can dice up and stretch the portion out.

These are great and very tender. Each packet has 500mg of sodium, but there is a lot of chicken in it, it's tender and they were marked for exp over a month from when they were purchased.

the chicken is good, loved it for an easy lunch. the packaging on the other hand, 0/10 it's dangerous and it will hurt you! I put this in my fridge and when I pulled my hand out the packaging cut mu hand deep! I don't think I'll buy this again because of that. It scratched me every time I had to handle the package! I am a mom so having this in my fridge is not safe

These are quite good, I thought they were on sale, but apparently it must have been something else or Sam's ripped me off. Great for salads, but definitely not worth $10 for 4 servings, that crazy. If you're traveling and want to have a healthy snack to go, get these, otherwise, just buy a rotisserie chicken for $5 and cut up the breasts.
