This was an easy way to get my protein in during the day. it was easy to transport, had a good taste, and not costly.

Pros: Convenient, portable, easy to add to any salad Cons: too much seasoning on this chicken. It gave me instant heartburn and I kept burping all day. Will not be buying again.

I use these in lots of convenient lunches - salads, wraps, add to pasta salad. SUPER convenient and great taste. The chunks are big so you can dice up and stretch the portion out.

Like the flavor, very handy for work and soaps and quick stuff, but it seems a little "grisly". Chewy or something that can be annoying. But in general a good item.

Perfect portion size for salad toppers, crock pot soups etc, fajitas. All the chicken you need in a single serve. My wife says they're hard top open, but no points off for that. If you're watching your portions, this is a no-brainer
