I like these for quick & easy go to meals I combine with a salad or over cottage cheese. Tons of protein that is tasty & tender. I like the individual portion size. This helps me with portion control. Great for bariatric patients with meeting protein goals & portion control.

I regularly buy a pack of these for the week. Each cup has a substantial amount of chicken that not only tastes good, but also pairs well with a salad, wrap, quesadilla, chicken salad, etc. If you work late or need a fresh chicken option for lunch, these will be a game-changer for quick meals.

Great protein snack or add to your favorite recipe! Quick easy, low calorie, but very tasty! Meal for 1 or use multiple containers for family. These have always been tasty and free of grease and unnecessary added ingredients. They were extremely tender but in the last 5 months I’ve noticed more gristle. It’s disappointing but it’s still the best option for chicken pieces I’ve found.

The chicken wasn’t very moist and didn’t have much flavor.
