Nice large quantity. I try to take three capsules a day, if I can remember, for anti-inflammatory benefits. It does reduce the inflammation of a rash on my leg. I have taken other brands of turmeric. I like Codeage the best.

I use this product for cramps, headaches and everything in between. Works even better when paired with cod liver oil. I will continue to use this product as it contains many antiinflammatory herbs.

I take turmeric daily for inflammation. It works great. This is a wonderful turmeric product and they've gone to a lot of effort to make sure this is highly absorbable.
