I am really pleased with this product. I use turmeric for inflammation and so far I have noticed less soreness and stiffness. The pills are a good size and the quantity is a good value for the amount.

I ordered this specifically because my erector spinae muscles were in spasm and they simply wouldn't recover. After 4 days of use at 3x the recommended dose I had no pain and the spasms have not come back.

I know all of these ingrediants are great for the body. I want to give it a few months to decide if it is a 5 star, but for now, the tumeric (curmin) black peppeer and ginger are winnning combonations
