Heating elements went out in 10 months. Never would make fries crispy but did make good pizza at first.

We thoroughly read the instructions before using it. All 3 times, it smoked up my kitchen so bad that my smoke alarm went off each time.

It worked well at the beginning, but 3 months later it just stopped working. Couldn’t get it fixed and had to dispose it.

It quit work in less than 6 months! I didn't save the receipt so couldn't return it. So Frustrating!!!! Don’t buy this!!!!!

I have used this item a handful of times and now it does not heat up. Called customer service they were no help. Don’t waste your money

Had my oven 106 days. Light no longer works and is heating too hot. Per manufacturer, light bulb is NOT replaceable. Returning to club.

Never seemed to work quite right. Light stoped working after 2 months and at 10 months there is no heat at all. Sams wouldn’t exchange. I won’t buy appliances from Sams or this manufacturer again. So wasteful.

Had this for more than a year. It was awesome when we started using it. However, the heating efficiency started dropping down and it is now taking so much time even to toast a bread. The timer knob doesn't move sometimes, once I start it.

There is nothing at the bottom of this fryer to stop the oil from chicken from dripping on the burners. I put foil on the pan that you sit under the burner but too much oil was dripping and cause a fire.
