This was purchased to replace a Power XL air fryer which was difficult to lock in place so it would switch on. It takes much longer to air fry. I’m going to need to purchase another air fryer. The knob is difficult to turn, and it’s inconvenient to wait twice as long for food to cook.

When you have so many functions in a gadget it can only do a little of all available options. It is a terrible Air Fryer and takes very long to do what it needs to. The drip tray is slowly rusting and replacement parts are more expensive, overall I am disappointed. It is too late to return it, but Sam's needs to take this off its shelf.

I received this as a gift, had to tell them I am afraid to use it. The tray inserts are not large enough to stay secure in the slot provided on the sides. they fall and each time I tried to reset them them I almost burnt my fingers . the trays are too small for this air fryer.
