It was a quick and filling meal that came together so easily on a busy weeknight. I served it with steamed broccoli and ciabatta on the side. It was absolutely delicious! It's also a pretty decent price for 2 large packages of raviolis.

There is plenty of cheese and a good amount of salt, but not alot or lobster. Not for the price. I doctored it up with some Alfredo sauce and parmesan because the small amount of lobster in the product had a strong, slightly off taste. Fresh seafood is not supposed to smell quite so strongly and this product can stay unfrozen for 1-2 months. It was purchased as refrigerated. I expect something advertised as lobster would actually have a fair amount of it as the featured filling. The cheese part is nice and creamy and the pasta, I cooked al dente is fine but ends up being the main thing you taste and chew. Try it out in a smaller size from a local store before committing to this larger double package. It will fit in ok with Lent starting this week. I just prefer my lobster to be fresher.

I love lobster as well as ravioli but I've never tried lobster ravioli. I've also heard of this brand before and I knew they make a high-quality ravioli. The packaging is divided into 2 compartments which is great because I don't feel inclined to prepare all the ravioli at the same time. I love the ingredients and their simplicity. I also appreciate that the product is found refrigerated in the deli section and not in the frozen cases. That gives me assurance that the product is fresh. Preparation is quick and easy. I tried mine both plain and with some tomato sauce and loved it both ways. Next time I prepare the ravioli I'm going to toss with some olive oil. The ravioli has a great texture and taste. I love the balance of the cheese and lobster. I absolutely enjoyed Giovanni Rana Refrigerated Lobster & Cheese Ravioli and I highly recommend!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This product is very flavor accurate. It is sweet with hints of salt and cheese. It makes a balanced base. However, what I had figured out with experience is that eating them really hot can falter the perception a bit as no cheese shows through. However, when they cool down a bit and the cheese becomes harder, it tastes even better than before. But while I was cooking them and all while following all the instructions, 2 out of 7 cooked ripped, and the filling did not make till my tasting. They were previously not damaged and not overstirred by me as I did not touch them while they were cooking. Overall, this product is really great and accurate to its claims of tasting like lobster.

For sauce, I added just a tad of melted butter. I didn't want anything heavy but I bet alfredo or tomato sauce would be good. I liked the flavor combo a lot. And texture was good too. Easy meals are the best. I would make this again.

So wanted to gibe this a try and really liked it. It is soft and big size of ravioli with stuffed cheese and lobster pieces. Not very salty which is good. It has a very good size for 3-4 person dinner. Very easy to prepare. Will buy again. Good quality good price

No lobster. In the whole two packets we found three tiny pieces of lobster! It’s just cheese ravioli you’re paying for!!!

Recommend! We will be purchasing more. Good lobster flavor. The best we have found. YUM! This is a dual pack which each pack feeds 2-3.
