However, what I had figured out with experience is that eating them really hot can falter the perception a bit as no cheese shows through. However, when they cool down a bit and the cheese becomes harder, it tastes even better than before. But while I was cooking them and all while following all the instructions, 2 out of 7 cooked ripped, and the filling did not make till my tasting. They were previously not damaged and not overstirred by me as I did not touch them while they were cooking. Overall, this product is really great and accurate to its claims of tasting like lobster.
