Due to all of our storms in the area recently, I thought it would be good to upgrade my generator. Thank goodness I haven't had to use this yet, however it appears to be very user friendly, especially with the process to start the generator on the unit itself.

Very happy with my replacement generator, Westinghouse Model WGen5300sc. It has practical features that make it easy to setup and use. The assembly instructions were very clear and all the necessary parts and tools included. Using this generator is easy. It has electric start, is fuel efficient, has fuel gage, and relatively quiet.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago to run my outside well pump and it works great! Well pumps take a large starting wattage and this generator is the perfect size for it. For the size and power, it's surprisingly quiet and has been reliable the few times I've needed to use it!

Albeit, the oil filler is a bit recessed and the plastic wheels should be bigger with solid rubber for being a portable unit. The handle is NOT in the way of the manual start and is simple and functional to use. The unit is a month old and has been used numerous times without issue. The manual start is relatively easy to operate, but the electric start will quickly spoil you. No need to unplug before operating, as the "22A Breaker", can be used as a transfer switch. While endurance can not be know, it is a name brand. It is basically a very functional unit with good aesthetics and a very reasonable price. Westinghouse's online procedures will definitely infuriate some users.

Although I haven't used the generator in a power outage, it was easy to assemble the wheels and feet, quick start guide was simple to follow and straight forward. I did a test run and everything seems to be functioning properly. The engine started immediately and ran smoothly. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my wife so she doesn't have to pull a rope. I myself am confined to a wheelchair. So you can imagine the looks I got when my old generator would not start. She loves the push button start. Lets just hope hurricanes stay away, but at least we are ready. (VERY NICE UNIT) .

I just purchased this generator because the 2 I currently have just stopped working. I needed a unit to power an AC unit, fan, microwave and led lighting for our MX trailer when at the track. The unit was much smaller than I thought it would be when delivered and I though oh man did I buy the wrong size. Well I did not. This little generator is crazy powerful and operates everything I need and it's not even at full load. It's still new so only time will tell how durable it is but right now I'm impressed.

So just got our new Westinghouse generator. Was happy to see how easy it was to set up. Haven't used it yet but was surprised with all the features it has and safety measures. Looking forward to using it when needed. Very happy with the electric start .

Using this for whole house set up. Had an outdoor power inlet box installed and connected to a transfer switch with interlock kit inside my electrical panel. Just plug in to an outside outlet and good to go. Great features. Love the electric start and duel fuel source. This was a must have with hurricane season approaching. I will use gas but nice to have propane as a back-up. Highly recommend this unit.

We live in florida and have endured multiple hurricanes and power outages, lucky to be able and borrow my bosses Wgen last year, and it was a lifesaver Told myself I'm definitely buying one of these before the next season of bad weather Love it. P.S the Cover would be nice 😃
