This was extremely easy to set up and get running. The wheels went on without an issue, along with the front rubber feet. Simple enough for 1 person, but use a friend to make sure you can move it around easily until you get it out of the box. Once the oil and gas were put in, it started right up within 3-4 seconds. Very simple and I'm ready for our next hurricane!

I just brought ran Break in hour. Then hooked up to the camper turned on all the power (AC,Lights,Water pump, Both Refrig, Water heater and TVs) did not even pull it down. The setup was easy thanks for the funnel it helped. Started on third pull, it did need a few minutes of rough running then smoothed out and ran the 1 hr of break in with no load.

We live in the county and if there is a power outage we are not the first the power company worries about. I want to be able to start my generators quickly. This one is s nice and its not as loud as my old one. We are now set, just hope we don't have a hurricane this year. The freeze was bad enough.

I bought this for my 92 year old mother to be able to run her necessary household needs when PG&E shuts the power down due to fire safety concerns. It is easy to run and provides all the power she needs. It started right up out of the box after connecting the battery, and adding the oil and fuel.

The generator arrived on time. It came with all the tools and also a quart of oil can i think. It oscillates or revs up and down around 2 Hz for the first 2-4 mins and then seems to settle down. We havent had to use it yet in a power outage but looks good so far.

I received this for fathers day, and living close to the Texas coast it is something that will be used. I had reviewed the amenitites of this unit and it seems it will fill all my needs from an electric start (no more pulling ropes) and guages giving me the info needed to control my environment.

This is my 3rd WH generator. First was a WGen3600, sold it to my son in law. Bought a WGen7500 dual fuel and now bought this one the WGen5300 this year as a backup. Great features and got us through hurricane Sally in Florida a couple of years ago.

This generator was the highest power generator that I could find in this price range -- the best bang for your buck. It not only comes with a handle and wheels, is easy to operate, and has a battery for electric start (in addition to the manual start option).

This is our family's first generator. We chose this model, after reading many customer reviews, from various sources, with the expectation that it has the capability to run several of our home's devices - basic power needs, such as; sump pump, refrigerator and furnace motor, plus some lighting, in case the power goes out, again. It's new, and I've only started and ran it 3 times, so far, but it pull-starts easy and runs very smooth. It's not real quiet, but I've read most non-inverter generators make some non-abrasive sound (listenable on YouTube), maybe comparable to an old lawn mower with a worn muffler baffle. The layout of the operational components (choke/fuel valve/on & off switch,etc.), plus the usage meter and gas gauge are excellent and feel like decent quality parts. As commented on by others, the oil drain plug location would be nice an inch further away from the nearby frame cross member, but an angled piece of cardboard or funnel while draining prevents mess. It's got some weight to it, an avg. two person lifter, but the bearing wheels make solo pulling around easy. The overall construction, surface finishes, and general solidness gives us the impression that we got an excellent value for a generator. The most important test is yet to come, as during the next power outage, when we will need it most. Hopefully, it'll prove it's real worth then.

I made this purchase for piece of mind when the power goes out , to provide warmth & comfort and hopefully avoid frozen pipes ! I have been reassured that the size I bought will power the whole house - Luckily enough , I haven't had to rely on "generator" power yet.
