Just purchased my wgen5300sc and I'm sorry I waited so long. The 120/240 volt port is key for me. The electric start is a great addition.

Bought this for emergency use. Generator worked great for running water pump, washer and dryer (one at a time), and other household items.

Unit was just purchased last week and so far everything works well. I will update after we use it more. It looks good and runs well.
