I bought this unit and have never used it and when my power went out few days ago I tried to use it and surging really bad.

finaly I used this product today. we got ice storm and power outage. this generator was easy set up and greate works. now we got power !

This is a replacement for another generator I had for 25 years. What an upgrade, so many new features. Love the electric start.

havent used yet but added oil - gas started right up. plugged in power tools and everything worked fine. waiting for power outage.

Just received today. Put on wheels, added oil and gas and started easily. Ran smooth and fairly quiet.
