Poor engineering

At age 82 how am l expected to pull start this generator if the electric start won’t work due to a low battery and the only way to charge the battery is by running the generator?

Hello, thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We recommend flipping the engine shut off down when you are not planning to run the generator to save the battery for when you need it. We do have a battery charger to charge the battery when it drains, and the generator will charge the battery when it runs. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know at 1-855-944-3571 or support@wpowereq.com. Thanks, Zach - Westinghouse

Great Vale

I recently bought this to connect to an existing power transfer switch. It is the right size at a reasonable price. I expect to use it a few times a year after severe storms if the power goes out.

WGen5300sc Generator

Bought the WGen5300sc generator to power our mud mixer and water pump for concrete use. This generator runs both as expected. Very pleased with this generator for the price.

Nice Generator

I’m a female senior citizen and I bought this mainly for the small size and electric start. Fairly easy to move around and easy start up. Only needed help getting it set up for the first time.

Easy to start

Arrived in a box, I added the wheels, feet, oil and gas, and it was running in 10 minutes. The electric start is a definite plus.

Excellent product

Bought this over two months ago and so happy that I did. This is a must have standby generator with super capacity for that time when needed.
