The product works great, my only complaint is that the oil fill port is hard to see and access. I had to lie flat on the ground to get the plug back in.

I bought this generator since we had a 2 day loss of power and with the expected future winter weather we may lose power again this winter. This generator meets my expectations and should safely provide the power we need.

When we purchased we didn’t realize it had a push start! What a nice surprise. Works great and is quieter than other generators. Comes in handy for building infrastructure on property where there is no electricity nearby and also hurricane season.

First time using, filled with oil and gas, started on first pull. Ran for about 4 hours and gas gauge barely moved. The handle makes moving easier. Great product

The first generator we received was damaged from shipping during COVID-19. The company replaced it with no issues and the 2nd one worked just fine. We appreciate them doing it so quickly and easily (pickup from our door).

I just bought mine and have had it stunning for 12 hours. Seems to be putting out power fine and running, but has little studded every once in awhile. Not sure if that’s normal
