The generator was easy to get set up and easy to start. I had an older generator that was reliable but needed one that was easier for me to start. I am 77 years old and the push button start was the selling point for me.

The delivery is okay, wheels are very large, easy to maneuver, not very loud, just one pull to start out the box, BUT..., there is no output, which means it's useless, need to call westinghouse service center to figure it out.

We bought this recently looks great and can't wait to try it out. We live in the mountains and loose power often. The duel fuel options is what made us choose this model and the name.

I bought two months ago, because when we lose power, it can be days before they fix it. Now I feel more secure we won't freeze or I have to throw all my groceries away.

Everything works as it should, no damage to box or generator upon delivery. Started right up with zero issues. Just wish they could make it run a little quieter... Other than that A-OK

I have just added a Manual Transfer switch to my house and upgraded to this Wgen5300sc to supply the power. Runs great and the noise level is much lower than my old one. Very happy with it.

My last (cheapo) generator gave up and I finally decided not to buy anymore cheap generators. This machine is is quality. Easy to setup and it starts right up. Comprehensive owners and maintenance manuals. I highly recommend this model.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and it has been great so far. It was very easy to put together and get running. No complaints so far! Would defiantly buy again!

Lighter than Generac it replaces, and has some nice modern features. Some aspects of construction seem a tad chintzy, but maybe it will be OK for our light duty cycle.

I am an 87 year old man and I had no problems setting up this generator by myself. Started up on first try. Ran smoothly and was surprisingly less noisy than my old one. Love it so far.
