Had a smaller other brand generator but wanted to upgrade to the dual fuel. This is more than enough to keep my house going when the power is out.

Received as a gift. The output is perfect for my situation. The ability for dual fuel is great to have.

Overall, everything seems great with this generator. Seems well built. Hopefully I will get years of operation from this beast.

Happy I bought this to run my sump pump when power goes out. The unit was a little damaged when shipped to me which is unfortunate but I don’t think it will cause any issues when I use which is why I didn’t return it. Not sure if it was damage from shipping or manufacturing since metal is bent on the top right.

This is a well constructed generator. I was not really sure about it at first but once I took it out of the box I was well pleased. I like the option of using gas or propane it allows me to have more fuel and I don't have to keep a bunch of gasoline cans. Also it has a digital gauge to monitor voltage and hertz, and three option plugs(L14 -30R, TT-30R, 5-20R). Finally the ability to move it with the fold down handle and wheels make it easy for anyone to handle it.

I purchased the 5300 generator. Very little set up. Installed the wheels and front legs, put the oil in and fuel. I have 5 acres that I am fencing and there is no power on the property. I used it multiple hours for several days and was able to complete my fence. I was surprised at the low noise level. Seems to be a solid machine. 5 stars from me.

The unboxing and setup was fairly easy, and completed within 30 minutes. It's heavy, so plan on a second set of hands or cutting the box. It looks good and is "normal" noise level for a generator. I feel they are always too loud. Time will tell if it holds up, but i'm happy so far.

This product is great! Came shipped with oil in separate container. Takes 5 minutes to put the wheels and supports on. put the oil and fuel in, started up, worked perfectly. A great product, well worth the investment. Live in an area that looses power frequently, easy to plug into our house and stay powered with the essentials!

Purchased the WGen5300sc in preparation for the Florida storms and hurricanes. Compared numerous brands/models beforehand and we are happy with our selection so far. Unit has great features for our loss-of-power needs, is easy to setup/start, and runs nicely. Hoping we won’t have to use it much but if we do, it’s good to have the assurance of being ready!

I am very pleased with this generator. This is a very well made product with a sturdy frame and all the electrical outlets I would ever need. With heavy duty wheels and handle too. The motor is easy starting and runs smoothly. The operation manual is excellent - very inclusive. As a former tech writer, I'm impressed with the well written English text and easy to follow headings and illustrations. There's even a section on removing the generator form the box. This is an excellent product for the money.
