We want to assure you that our products will not cause bleaching if you wash items according to the care instructions and follow the product use instructions on pack. When something happens in the laundry, it's natural to assume the detergent is to blame, but detergent rarely causes the problem. No detergents on the market can completely remove color. The problem would have been caused by something other than detergent, most likely bleach. If you used bleach in a previous load, some may have remained in the washer. Additionally, other products in your home contain bleaching agents, such as benzoyl peroxide, toothpastes that contain peroxide, chemicals for swimming pools and hot tubs, automatic dishwasher detergents, scouring powders and other cleaning products.
