Our products go through numerous quality tests to give you the best results possible, so this certainly isn't up to our standards. In some cases this residue can be a result of the drying cycle being too long or hot, or too not enough tumbling action in the dryer cycle. Also some polyesters attract oily substances like added fabric softeners, and even body oils. In order to remove the spots we suggest pre-treating the spot with Dawn Dish Soap prior to washing, or rewash with 2 capfuls of Liquid Tide Plus Bleach Alternative or Liquid Tide Original and the hottest water safe for the fabric.
