This mattress arrived in a box smaller than I thought. The mattress was compressed, and easy to unpack. I read that it takes 48 to 72 hours to fully decompress, but within a couple of hours it appeared fully open. It is very comfortable, firm but soft and comfortable. I was worried about body heat retention, but so far, that hasn't been an issue - I assume the gel helps. There was no "off-gassing" that I've read about with other mattresses. So far, we are very happy with the purchase.

From the first time I laid on it it was so comfortable and conformed perfectly to my body, without feeling like I was sinking into the it. As soon as you get off of it, it’s shape quickly returns. It’s also very cool feeling to the touch, which is so nice since I usually over heat in the night. Very happy with this mattress.

No more struggling trying to get a big clumsy mattress upstairs. And I have had neck problems for a few years and sleeping on this mattress has helped tremendously. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really pleased with the Zinus - Sam's Green Tea Memory Foam 12in Full. For something so light, and easy to move around it provided great comfort and support which to me was very surprising for something so easy to set up.

I am so pleased with the ultra cooling green tea mattress. It is firm but also you sink in a tad, it's hard to explain but its perfect for me as a side sleeper and my husband who is a stomach sleeper. I have already recommended this to everyone I know because it's that comfortable. Once unrolled it expanded to the advertised height within minutes, but I still let it rise more the rest of the day before sleeping on it. You won't be disappointed!

I honestly don't know how I've lived without this mattress!!! I must have gone thru at least 4 previous mattress's that claimed to take away pain on pressure points and help with insomnia and none of them did until now! I have haven't slept this well since when I was a baby! It is such a joy to get a full night's sleep and when I have to get up in the middle of the night or in the morning not to have joint pains on top of my insomnia! Whoever created this mattress is a genius and if you ever have a commercial about this mattress please have me as your spokesperson I won't even take a dime I would just rave about this mattress it is that fantastic!!!!!!!
