No pancakes. It makes good quick breads. Toooo much sugar for pancakes and it burns and makes a huge mess.

Mix makes great muffins and bread! The pancakes are way too thick with the mix, but the other baking options are delicious :)

This was really good, a lot of spice in it. I made it into a loaf and added semi sweet chocolate chips.

We made a pumpkin loaf with this mix and added mashed bananas and chocolate chips to the mix and it was fantastic!

Love it as cookies with chocolate chips, pancakes and bread. YUM!

Pancakes are very hard to flip. Made a mess. Will try to make muffins w rest, good flavor.

Easy to make and just delicious. It stays fresh for awhile once it's made.
