Bought this mix specifically for the pancakes but was disappointed. The batter prepared per package directions was too thin, first pancake turned out flat. I live at a high altitude so I added a couple of tablespoons of flour to the batter thinking that maybe the recipe needed to be adjusted for high altitude and that helped. The pancakes had a better rise to them but were too sweet and heavy. Had to cook at a lower temperature than recommended to prevent burning. Tried the second pouch to make cookies and was disappointed. They took almost 20 minutes to bake and did NOT look anything like they do on the box. I'll stick to making everything from scratch. I'll be returning what's left in the box to Sam's. Sam's return policy is 5 stars but this product is not.

Last year it was a box of 4. This year only 3 at the same price.

This mix never dissapoints. Flavorful, moist & well balanced spices. I add nuts & serve loaf slices with cream cheese. Always a hit!

This is my favorite pancake/waffle mix to begin with so adding the pumpkin spice flavor is an added plus! As described by my husband "these are the best pumpkin flavored anything I've ever had."

This made some delicious and simple to make pumpkin bread. Everyone at worked loved it and no one new it came from a box. The flavors taste like homemade bread. I added walnuts then sprinkled one tsp of sugar to the top of the bread. Perfect!

I wish I could give a zero for this product when making pancakes. I tired these because I had great pumpkin pancakes down south at my sisters house. I followed the directions to the letter including letting the batter sit for the listed amound of time and timing how long they should be cooked on each side. The first time they were so black that I threw them out without flipping. This was with the recommended time per side at the lowest. I had my heat set at 4 out of 10. I tried with the remaining batter after letting the pan and burner cool down. I do not know how people are using this mix, but for pancakes it is a waste of good money and time. I can buy very good pumpkin bread mix for .99 so I will not buy these again to try the bread.

Beware: You will probably eat it all in a short amount of time. It's so dang good!
