[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Tempurpedic purchase. Our old mattress lasted 10 years and still has life to it. We bought the ProAdapt Hybrid medium with the adjustable base. Works silently and efficiently to cater to both our needs. Mattress is firm and supportive - bringing a high level of comfort and a good night's sleep.

This is a firm mattress. My husband was ready to return next day. He is a big man so this was a computerized fit for him. I reminded him you have to give it an adjusting period. In the past he has had pain. I have not heard any complaints about his hip or back. I am able to sleep peacefully without him waking me through out the night. Max our salesman took time with us and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products he sells.

Went shopping for a new mattress for me and my wife both have back issues. Sleep outfitters was our last stop. Dawn Dotson the manager at sleep outfitters was excellent very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress and adjustable frame for us. Very pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in the door untill the moment we left.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. our old matress i experience a back pain and always waking up my back shoulder are so hurt, Now that My husband and I got a tempurpedic we love to have a tempurpedic (Firm) my husband is a tummy sleeper and I am a back sleeper we always wake up so good and we always feel a long sleep and not tired when waking up.

I have never been a believer in expensive mattresses, until now. I have owned a few mattresses that I would consider to be expensive and they always seemed to be the same as the regular old box store mattresses, We received our first tempur pedic mattress last month and within the first week, I was sleeping more soundly and feeling refreshed when I would wake up. The mattress has been great, the biggest problem that I have had with the mattress is now I just don't want to get out of bed!

I have been sleeping on a firm mattress my entire 60+ years, as that was told me to be "good for my back". But for the past year my hips and shoulders were aching all day, and I woke multiple times through the night. My family referred me to the Tempurpedic, and suggested a soft mattress. After just 1 night's sleep, I have no aches and pains. I now sleep through the night, every night, and wake up feeling refreshed and energetic.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress, the first being over 11 years old and feeling a bit stiff for us. We also wanted to go from a queen to a king size bed. We tried several mattresses at the store and found this one to be very comfortable. After several weeks of sleeping on it, we both wake up without the old morning stiffness and sleep more soundly through the night.

So comfortable, just firm enough to support your body. This is the second Pro Adapt I have bought in a year. We have two homes and this makes the fourth Tempurpedic I have bought in nineteen years. My hip pain went away after purchasing my first Pro Adapt last year. Will never purchase another type mattress.

I am writing this review because my Tempurpedic mattress has changed my life. I have suffered from insomnia most of my life and I have had difficulty falling asleep. This all changed in a few days on my new mattress and split adjustable base. I'm not only sleeping throughout the night, but I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Thank you to Susan who was extremely patient showing us different mattresses's and also the adjustable base. Its rare to have someone spend that much quality time with my wife and I reviewing the different mattress's. Thank you Susan and thank you Tempurpedic.
