So we decided to purchase the mattress and at first it was very hard because we had ordered the firm and we thought we had made a mistake but after a couple of months of use it's soften up more and is perfect for back and side support. I haven't had a back problem ever since we purchased this mattress. Now I actually can sleep a full 8 hours.

I l ok e that it is cool to the touch and I don't burn up while I am sleeping. The most comfortable I have been in years. The best sleep I have honestly had in years because I slept so well. I would highly recommend this mattress. Top notch quality!!

I am utterly obsessed with my mattress. It is VERY soft - like, once you're in it you ain't leaving. But if I am stressed out, literally laying on this bed helps relieve all my tension! My husband has also stopped cracking his neck constantly and honestly the world is a better place because of that! *I was gifted this mattress in exchange for my honest review. After 6 wonderful years with rhapsody luxe , we developed a bit of a divot on my side. Easy warrant process, however the bed we loved was no longer available. We were guided to this and recommended firm being the closet match. Six months later my wife and I both are having terrible hip and should pain as this bed is rock hard, and way too hot. I reached out to customer service hopefully to no avail. Stay away from this mattress.

I don't think I've ever written an online review but I am now completely obsessed with Tempurpedic. There's no going back to a traditional mattress. We had to finance it and it was 100% worth the investment. My husband, who tends not to be picky about things around the house, called it "one of the best decisions we've ever made" and "life changing." We have the Luxe Adapt Soft. Oh. My. Goodness. I absolutely love it. It is honestly hard to find the words to describe it but I'll try. It is soft, but supportive in every way. There is no part of my body that is not in contact with the mattress when I sleep, leaving no gaps. It is luxurious, and I feel like I am in some special club because I get to go home and sleep on this piece of heaven every night :). For the past year I've been having numbness and tingling in my right arm due (in part) to shoulder / muscle pressure on the median nerve. After just one night on this mattress, my condition began to improve. My husband, who has always had back pain, says he has been waking up pain from. We love love love this mattress.

I was waking up several times a night on my old mattress and a friend who slept on a Tempurpedic at a hotel suggested that I try one since she had a great night. The first night I slept on it I slept all thru the night. I love this mattress. The pillow is also amazing. Several years ago i injured my back and the Luxe Soft helps me. Best purchase I ever made.

I have back pain and sleep issues but this mattress works wonders! I sleep very well with this mattress and actually feel recharged when I wake up. The soft is great and has a decent level firmness almost like a medium. I am never going back to any other kind of mattress ever again! This mattress also conforms well to my body. This was worth the investment!

I had almost forgotten what it felt like to have a complete night's sleep, then I got this mattress. It's actually quite amazing what the transition from my previous mattress to this mattress has been like. I no longer have a sore and stiff back in the morning. My shoulders no longer are numb and stiff in the morning, (I'm a side sleeper). I was skeptical about purchasing this mattress as it was outside my price point, but after talking with people I know who own this mattress, I felt confident this was the right move, and it was. When I go to bed each night I lay on the mattress and make an audible ahhhh sound and about 5 minutes later, it's morning. It just works. If you are on the fence about purchasing a mattress I could not more whole-heartily recommend the Tempur-LuxeAdapt.

Completely uncomfortable! My arms go numb every night in this bed. And it's sagging ALREADY after about 2 months. Husband and I are both MISERABLE. We slept 100% better on our old cheap mattress. I wake up between 4-5am every day bc I'm so uncomfortable. The company has been a nightmare to deal with. Buy this overpriced mattress at your own risk.

Salesman Nidebele was very helpful both before the purchase, delivery confirmation and afterwards. Great quality but mattress is several days only......still a little firm. The salesman has followed up on this and he assures me the mattress will soften up some as compared to the demo unit at the store. No worries here. Very satisfied.
