We purchased the breeze and it's was very uncomfortable. Exchanged it for the luxeadapt and is has been a living nightmare. My wife and I have been having back, neck, and shoulder pain from day 1. We've contacted the store, customer service, and the RVP. He didn't even return our call. I now have nerve damage in my shoulder and neck area and currently seeking a doctor for it. This product is horrible and the service is even worse. I will never purchase another mattress (2nd purchase) again and will spread the word as much as possible to stay away from tempurpedic at all cost

We chose the proadapt soft king Two extra long twins and the the power base . Husband likes his but mine was not soft enough for me . I in turn switched to the luxe adapt soft as it has a thicker layer of the softer layer and it is also about two inches higher than his side ,but that doesn't bother me . it doesn't feel like I'm on a cloud like I was hoping . It is a different feel than a regular mattress . I like it most of the night but upon waking it feels a little firm still for me . With the power base you have a new bed every night witch is really nice All in all I do like it but not sure it's worth the high price

We previously owned a TempurPedic (queen/firm) for 14 years-I am on the heavy side (275 pounds) and my side of the mattress developed a pocket several years ago so we decided to get another mattress. Contrary to my ideals, we succumbed to the sales lady to purchase the medium hybrid which she said would be cooler but not as firm--I don't think so-I feel hot all the time and it's too soft for me. I don't think the pillows purchased at the same time are any "cooler" than what we had either. I feel I'm going to roll off the edge of the bed all the time. My wife thinks what we have is OK (she likes the head lift too which I don't). Bottom line, I liked my firm mattress much better than this one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Tempur-luxe adapt (soft) bed about 6 months ago and the sleep has changed my life for the better. My mood in the day has improved dramatically, my sleep apnea is curbed without strain on my neck (i purchased the adjustable base as well, it's worth the price), and I spend so many restful days in bed that I've made my money back ten times over. Believe the hype, this bed will revolutionize a third of your life.

I waited to make this review to allow time to change my mind. My complaint isn't the mattress, its the odor that comes from it. The first night we slept on it I had to go sleep in the guest room. The fumes that came from it were more than I could tolerate. Next night my husband joined me. For three days, we set our mattresses out on saw horses outside to hopefully help with the odor. After those three days, we put them on the frame without any bedding and I opened the window and put a fan on them all day. We continued to sleep in the guest room. After about 10 days, I made up the bed and we slept in it. I am a side sleeper so that puts my face closer to the mattress. My husband sleeps on his back so it wasn't as bothersome to him. Although I enjoy the mattress and enjoy the feel and comfort of it and all that the it does with our special frame, I wouldn't be able to recommend it. I do have a very sensitive sense of smell, but this odor was over the top.

I bought this for my husband who was ill. He tried it out briefly in the showroom and thought was very comfortable. That and also because the salesman said this brand mattress was the best-selling in the USA. My husband got sicker quickly and did not mention how difficult it was for him to get in and out of. Too much time passed before I finally got him to admit yes, a poor purchase on my part; was too late to return/exchange. Now am stuck with this awful mattress. Each morning the fitted sheet has popped off, I've tried three different brands. I also had to place a 3" foam topper on because it is that uncomfortable otherwise. I do not recommend this brand mattress.

Very disappointed! Feels like a soft mattress instead of a firm! I have back issues and thought for sure this was the answer, but it made me feel worse. Was told this would be the better one. Not so for me. Should have gone with my gut...ProAdapt firm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note: I got the product for free in exchange for writing this review, but I've been a loyal customer for over 16 years and have purchased two other Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I tried switching things up and going with a hybrid mattress and then a traditional mattress for a bit and I'm back to Tempur-Pedic because it's just the best. Things I love about the TEMPUR-Luxe Soft: - It's not hot like some memory foam mattresses can be. - I can lay on my side and not feel like I have to engage all of my muscles to avoid rolling onto my back or stomach. - It supports all of my spine and conforms to my shape. - The edges of the bed have support, so you don't feel like you're falling off the bed if you roll to the edge. - There's almost no motion transfer, so we don't wake each other up every time we change our sleeping schedules. This is a HUGE plus for me. - It has support everywhere, and doesn't have that hump in the middle of the bed AKA "no man's land". - It's not such a deep mattress that you cannot find sheets (this was a huge annoyance with the hybrid. I spent so much trying to find sheets that didn't pull off!) - The break-in period was shorter with this mattress, and I'm not sure if it's because it's a softer model, or something else, but we had one night of wondering if we had made a terrible mistake and then every night since was great. - This mattress is a soft, but keep in mind that it's a TEMPUR-Pedic soft, which in my opinion is closer to a medium firm in other mattresses. I find it the perfect firmness, but this won't be like a pillowtop or a mattress with very little support, you still have the TEMPUR support even though it's "soft". - My husband and I agree on this mattress. Even though we tend to be opposite sleepers, we can both agree on TEMPUR-Pedic.

My husband is tosser-turner and I'm a light sleeper, so I woke up to every movement with our old mattress. The LuxeAdapt is amazing, I don't feel any movement. I sleep through the night and feel well rested. It's also like sleeping on a cloud that forms to your body. It helps take the pressure off my neck and lower back.

We previously slept on the Tempur deluxe mattress. Have it now in guest room. We used it for 15 years. Lots of memory foam. Great mattress! Bought the luxe adapt to replace. Soft. So comfortable. You sink in, but not too much. Not hot at all (have NEVER experienced heat with any Tempur mattress, so stop talking about it). The luxe adapt isn't cheap, but we love it. We expect it to last a long time. Anybody who is serious about a good sleep needs to strongly consider this mattress.
