[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt®12" Medium Hybrid Mattress is by far the most amazing mattress I have ever owned. It perfectly forms to your body to give you the most restful/relaxing sleep. My husband has severe back and hip pain, this mattress has been a game changer. I highly recommend this mattress.

We purchased this mattress after trying it out at the store and reading great reviews on it, my wife is a back and side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper and the salesperson highly recommended it. I have always had the standard plush pillow tops and never had an issue but we decided to try one of these out and it was a huge mistake. For stomach sleepers your lower back sinks into the mattress and cause the most uncomfortable sleep and lower back pain when you wake up. For back and side sleepers I'm sure this mattress works wonders but if you're a stomach sleeper I would highly recommend switching your sleeping position or find a compromise on a standard mattress with your significant other, this one is going back and getting exchanged for a standard pillow top again.

I'm 4'10 about 118lbs, strict side sleeper (person #1) and partner is 5'2 about 220lbs, can sleep however (person #2). This bed is fairly firm and perfect for #2- even converted #2 from a stomach to back and side sleeper. #1 has history of back and hip issues- the mattress has been great in these areas, but now #1 suffers from elbow and shoulder pain due to the firm pressure of the mattress- as a side sleeper, I feel tortured flipping in pain from one side to the other all night. I like the fitted sheets and the ergo adjustable bed frame. My advise: if you are 2 people at different sizes, get your own mattress, this is too firm for a petite person

I could tell it was different when I laid down on it in the showroom. It is definately FIRM which is what we were looking for. I sleep so much better. My husband is sleeping better! When my husband does move around on his side of the bed it does not disturb me like it did with the other mattresses we have had. I used to wake up sore, achy and tired in the morning and now I wake up feeling great! I also love the cooling technology, I think that is what I noticed in the show room. Every other mattress felt "stuffy" after experiencing the coolness of this mattress. I had to persuade my husband to spend the money for this mattress but we both know it was worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, one week into the "soft" model mattress. First few days quite uncomfortable. Seemed to be as hard as a sidewalk. After reading suggestions online, we started walking around on it several times a day. Now it seems a "little" better. Time will tell. Sales people should tell you it will take quite a while to get comfortable to sleep on. Maybe as long as a month or two we are now told. Soft is not "soft" as we have found out. Be careful as most display models in stores are months old with scores of people trying out. The one you buy will be very different for quite a while

My husband and I LOVE our new bed and base!! His back and hips sleep more comfortably than they have in years and he can get out of bed easily again. I love being cooler when sleeping...no more sweating all night for the first time in decades. Worth every penny!

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I don't toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable and I wake up rested. It has done wonders for my back, the support throughout the night allows me to wake up without lower back pain.

We had an older version that we never realized was keeping us from having a good nights sleep. After purchasing the newest Pro-Adapt mattress we have both been sleeping more sound and waking up feeling so much better and very well rested. It not only gives us a good nights sleep, it's a GREAT nights sleep. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. We will never have any other mattress. Ever! :)

This mattress is trouble, everytime you lay on it you will wind up staying in it and not want to get up meaning you will be late for work or just not even want to go to work it is that comfortable. At first you think its firm but it slowly adapts to your shape not in a sinking way at all though like a very comfortable way. The cool technology on the thin layer at the top also is a bonus, we never feel hot. I am very happy with the results. It has helped my back tremendously. Worth the money.
