[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a tempurpedic for 15 years and was completely happy with it still. I wanted a larger bed and tempurpedic still builds the best bed. So supportive yet forgiving. There's no other bed in my mind.

I love this mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Tempur-Pedic is the only brand of mattress I'll ever buy. My back and neck are so comfortable, I don't feel it when my husband turns in the bed, so I'm not waking up in the night.

And I have had many over my 65 years and unfortunately I have to wait 30 days to return this horrible mattress. It's supposed to be soft but it feels very firm and I haven't had a decent nights sleep since I got it. I wake up in pain several times every night and I requested for them to come check it and they said that I should purchase a topper (Are you kidding) and they would not do anything about it because they don't guarantee comfort. This mattress feels nothing like the same exact one I tried in the store. I would not recommend this company or their products to anyone. So If anyone purchases this horrible mattress don't say you weren't warned. If you want a mattress look at anything but a Tempur-Pedic !! 3 more days and they get it back :)

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

None of them lived up to our expectations and we continued to wake up in the morning tired and sore. Finally got a tempurpedic and could not be happier...wish we had done it years ago. Definitely recommend getting an adjustable base as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so ecstatic to receive this mattress for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I have always struggled to find a comfortable mattress as a side and stomach sleeper who has back and hip issues. With my previous mattress, I would wake up each morning with aches and pains, particularly in my lower back and hips. I have slept on this Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid for several nights now and I have been shocked by how refreshed I have been feeling in the morning. My back is feeling much better throughout the day and I've not had to take any pain relief medication since switching to this mattress. I really like the combination of both coils and the TEMPUR material. I feel like it really does adapt to my body to relieve pressure in all the right places to help alleviate that pain I was feeling. I also have noticed that I don't get as hot at night, which I think is due to the "cooling technology" in the outer layer (which I have learned is removable and machine washable!!) My husband has also mentioned that my snoring has improved and I'm not tossing and turning all night long like "a fish out of water" in his words. He has loved the improvement in his sleep as well. Overall, I am a huge fan of this mattress and planning to now purchase one for my mother who has similar sleep issues as I suffered from. I will be sure to update my review in a few months and also share my mom's experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed delivered in a timely fashion and set up in bedroom by shipping company. We checked out the pro adapt at a local furniture store and decided that the firm has just the right amount of softness for us. We compared it to the medium pro adapt which we thought was too soft. All said and done, the firm that we ordered directly from Tempur-pedic has absolutely no softness unlike the one that was in the local furniture store. It is like sleeping on a rock!

I owned the original for 15 years and loved it. I searched and tried the entire TP line to get the model that was closest to what I knew and landed on the Pro Adapt. Started with the medium and it became much too soft. Serious back pain in the morning. I then exchanged for a firm, which also just doesn't work for me because it seems to be equal parts squish and firm, which doesn't sync up with my brain. Every night I get into bed and wonder why it isn't more firm, or slightly more soft. It's a curious and uncomfortable mix of both. BE AWARE you can only make a return/exchange once. This second attempt left me with a very expensive bed that I can't return or change - it would be great if they changed this policy ☹️

Our previous mattress was a Beauty Rest Black Ice Hybrid model that was comparatively priced (during a sale) and initially felt comfortable enough for us. During the first year I began to experience growing discomfort and at times pain in my hip and leg. Being 60 years old I thought it was my arthritis and began to look at ways to "live" with this mattress. I purchased mattress toppers and found one that worked well (My Pillow) but began to notice a slight sag in the sides of the mattress. I began a warranty claim and received 100% credit for my 4 year old mattress. I did my research (again) and came back to what should have been my first choice all along the Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. From the first night my wife and I fell asleep quickly and soundly enjoying a deep restful sleep. While I cannot make medical claims about the benefits from this mattress I can state that my hip and leg pains have been greatly reduce. Overall we are enjoying the best nights sleep that we have had in a while, it is worth the premium price for the quality and I don't think I can put a value on the sleep quality.

I was experiencing sciatica pain so severe that I couldn't get comfortable when I laid down to sleep at night. I tossed and turned trying to find a comfortable position, disturbing my husband's rest as well. My old Tempur-pedic needed to be replaced, I thought. The first night on the new mattress proved me right, I went right to sleep with no problems finding that a comfortable position. While I still have some sciatica issues during the day, I know when I lay down I will be comfortable. We chose this mattress over the cooling versions because what I loved about the old one was the way it kept me warm. This one is just the same, warm and supportive. It certainly changed my life for the better!
