I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

My husband and I purchased the king flex bed with the foundation sheets and gel pillows i have not slept this good in years and we recieved the bed a week before I was to deliver our daughter! so sleeping on it 9 months pregnant was just as nice as sleeping on it when we came home! I would highly reccommend this product and the company in general their staff is so wonderful they even reached out to check on the baby and me!

We recently bought a hybrid mattress and we are sleeping better than we did on our old coil spring mattress. I do not toss and turn as much as I did in the past, and my back is feeling much better since our purchase. I highly recommend the Ghost Bed. John

I purchased the flex using katupult. Which makes it a easy way to purchase. The bed arrived a few days later after my order. Unpacked it and let it air out some on my bed frame. It was a little firmer than I wanted it to be but after breaking it in it's worth every penny. I've slept great on it every night since I bought it.

We originally ordered a King size Luxe model mattress (2 twin XL mattresses) with motorized bases. My wife loves her mattress but I found it to be too soft. I arranged to exchange the Luxe with the Flex model. The exchange went fairly smoothly but there was some confusion regarding the value of each model but it got worked out after several emails and phone calls. I do like my Flex model mattress more but still getting used to it. We both really like the adjustable bases.

Bed is good. Just a little firm but getting better sleep. Like the cooling comfort w/ o having to put a separate topper on it. Don’t be shy! Give the bed a try ! Just may require a break in period if you are used to a softer bed. I do have a mattress topper on mine for now but may remove it soon to see how I sleep w/o it. It just gives some softness on top of the mattress but it does support all the major pressure points of the body where it counts. Not disappointed!

For our first non-traditional mattress, I decided to do a ton of research as that's how I buy everything. My wife and I wanted something more firm than a full memory foam mattress, but definitely not too firm. That led me right to hybrids, and after reading review after review, we felt that Ghostbed would be a good fit for us. We're only a little over a week in, and our box spring and bed frame haven't arrived yet, so I know that will slightly change the feel, but I couldn't be happier. I'm a combo side and stomach sleeper, and it feels like night and day between this and a traditional mattress. Just enough support to not feel hugged by the bed, but soft enough to be very relaxing. It's easy to change positions, and I can't tell when my wife gets in or out of bed. Overall, the Ghostbed Flex, king size, has been an absolute joy.

I was hesitant and I indecisive about an online bed purchase. After the research Ghostbed came out ahead. Good product and lifetime warranty. It's been 2 weeks and I was amazed by difference in sleep. No more bad pain in the morning and I've had a sound sleep throughout the night. Actually been getting up before the alarm refreshed. The coils work great in conjunction with the foam. Edge support and cooling is great as well. Great bed.

This is the best mattress I've had in my life. As comfortable as a full memory foam mattress, but feels more supportive with the wrapped coils. Highly recommend this mattress and I will never buy anything different. I'm a side and back sleeper-perfectly comfortable either way!

I purchased this bed with high hopes and while the customer service was great and the bed arrived within two weeks — it is not the undiscovered gem it boasts that it is. It is not firm enough as there is quite a bit of sag when you lay on it. As an individual with low back pain, this is the worst scenario I could encounter. I will be returning the bed and hope that the customer service will be just as great on the out kind as it was on the inbound!
