My old Tempurpedic had started to get too soft after atleast 15 years of use. I started to have trouble sleeping with lower back pain again. I checked out some other brands but they just didn't feel right when I tested them out. The minute I tried out a new Tempurpedic I knew i had found the right mattress. It took about a week to get used to the firmness of the new mattress - the first few days felt like sleeping on plywood but after about a week my backache is gone and I'm sleeping great again. Tempurpedics are expensive but they are worth the money.

After countless hours of reading and watching videos and listening to experts, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Tempurpedic bed. I'm an every position sleeper, I find myself sleeping flat on my back, on either side, or on my stomach at any given time in the night. Because of this the medium firmness hybrid seemed like the best fit for me. The order and shipping process was painless, and I was set to get my new mattress faster than I had imagined. From the first night I had it, the mattress has really been perfect in every way. It was immediately the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, hands down. Any position I lay in, I'm immediately comfortable. You don't sink too far into the foam so you feel trapped, but you also sink just enough to feel the real support the foam can provide. The springs underneath really help when it comes to moving or adjusting (or certain adult activities), way better than a strictly foam mattress. I'm a very hot sleeper, and I was worried the mattress and or cover would be too much and make me a sweaty mess. Surprisingly, its a very very cool mattress that doesn't have the issue of becoming a smoldering hot mess after an hour of laying in it, like other foam mattresses do. I've now owned the mattress for about a year (maybe more? maybe less? covid has warped my perception of time) and it has really only improved with time. It softened up a bit, but not much. Just enough to provide some seriously prime levels of comfort.

My last tempur-pedic lasted 20 years and was wonderful, but did finally get old. So, we bought this one last month and it is even better - so soft and comfy. We both slept better than ever. My husband weighs twice as much as I do, so when he rolls over, on most beds I feel it. With this one I don't. There is no slope when he is in bed either. It has support right up to the edges too. It's taller than the last one, so that took a bit of getting used to, but we have. For us, this is the very best bed possible (and we have tried many).

I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! So far so good. The foam mattress conforms to your body as you move in bed and you don't feel your partner moving around during sleep. It takes a little time to get used to going from a "regular" mattress to a memory foam mattress, so I only gave it 4 stars because we haven't had enough time to fully evaluate it and if the mattress maintains its shape over time. We have only used it for about 2 weeks.

Let's just say, I finally found the perfect mattress. I looked for a year and tried 4 other mattresses before the proadapt firm. We sleep so comfortably and so sound like a baby. We sleep on back and side and it's fine either way. I will have a tempurpedic for the rest of my life.

Plus One Star for the substantial quality of the mattress. Plus One Star for the look of the mattress. Plus One Star for the easy set up. Minus One Star for comfort. Mattress feels like a rock so I probably made a mistake in buying a firm mattress. The ones in the stores that so tried probably were broken into when I tried them, so probably wasn't experiencing the true feel of the mattress. With this new mattress for almost 2 months, couple of times had a back ache and couple times my legs cramped up. Not sure if due to the mattress or not. Minus One star for the adjustable feature as the mattress does not fully conform to the shape of the Ease and doesn't feel very comfortable in the upright position. Wasn't expecting this for one of the most expensive mattresses I have purchased.

So far I am happy with our purchase. This mattress forms around your body and I sleep more on my back that ever before. I'm usually a side sleeper, but for some reason, I find myself more on my back. Really like the comfort and I'm hoping it lasts a very long time. Very pricey though.

Love this mattress! Every aspect of this purchase went extremely well. Our sells person was very knowledgeable and a great help. Delivery was on time and setup went fast. Best of all we are getting a great nights sleep. I'm no longer awaken by my spouse getting up during the night. This is our first tempurpedic and we will never go back to the innerspring mattress.
