In all honesty, I wasn't thrilled with this bed at first. It was VERY hard, but after a day or two it softened up. I probably didn't let it completely decompress before sleeping on it, so hopefully that bit helps someone else. As for snoring, it is a miracle worker! My fiance can wake the dead with his freight train, devil summoning snoring. We actually were sleeping separately before this bed. Now, all I have to do is lightly adjust his head up and make him side sleep. Such a relief for us both. Thank you for all involved that helped me with questions and concerns. A+ customer service team and product! If you have a snoring spouse, definitely try this bed! It's so much cheaper than everything else out there right now!!!

My wife and I bought a cheap outlet bed 8 years ago that was simply not holding up. The Ghostbed Flex is the first bed we've bought for quality and longevity. I can already say that I've had some of the best sleep that I've had in years with this bed. I cannot remember feeling more comfortable in my bed than since when I was a kid. I've unfortunately had low quality mattresses my entire adult life. But this! This. Is. The. Best. Mattress. I've. Ever. Had. Can I rate 6 stars?

We absolutely love our new GhostBed! We had a high-end mattress with a gel-foam pillow top and combo covered coil system before, but the support just wasn’t very great for side sleepers. We now are noticing far less neck, shoulder, and hip pain...and we are fit and younger, so we are certain it is the mattress that is making the difference! Totally recommend.

I was so nervous purchasing a bed online and not being able to at least lay on the bed in a store. It’s going in two weeks and I love it! I bought the Hybrid Lux and was so torn on which one to get (between the lux and hybrid lux) and I feel talking it over with Grant from Ghost, he helped me decide, Impressed with his knowledge and support! Love the comfort of this bed so far.

So far I love this bed. (BTW I'm 65 and live alone. I was able to unpack the mattress and put the frame together by myself). Customer service was very helpful, too, as they graciously extended my trial period because my move was delayed. I love the fact I don't slide off the edge, as I did with my memory foam mattress. It's as described; great for side and back sleepers. I may get a foam topper, just because I do like some of the properties of memory foam. We'll see. I've recommended this bed to several other people.

after only having the GhostBed Flex about a week I can say the bed is comfortable. It is supportive but not too soft. The one thing that has let me down so far is the fact that the bed differentiated itself on it's cooling affects but I am not noticing them. I would have liked to see a greater affect as I have seen on other beds.

We purchased this bed approximately six weeks ago and so far it is working for us. We went with the hybrid mattress but it does seem firmer than we thought it would be. Maybe a little too firm. We added a pillow top mattress cover and that helps. My wife loves the adjustable frame.

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. I liked this bed and was nice and thick and cooling, however…it was too soft. Coming from foam firm mattress, going to a hybrid was moving to softer side. But the pillow top was too much. We went with Venus Williams hybrid which isn’t as thick but it’s firmer. Happy with switch and company made it very easy and smooth to switch out. The level of customer service was excellent. Thanks!

My main worry before committing to purchase this bed was how soft it was going to be. I don't like super soft beds and I know everyone's idea of firm is different. Needless to say, after it arrived and we spent the first night on it I was in love. It was the best, most solid sleep I have had in at least a decade. I'm definitely hooked for sure.
