I was so confused as to what mattress to purchase as there are so many out there to choose from. After reading what felt like thousands of reviews I decided on ghostBed and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My queen Flex Hybrid has the perfect amount of softness and support so I didn’t have to compromise one for the other! I added the adjustable base and am able to find the perfect position for the best possible sleep every night. And the pillows are perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The mattress is far more comfortable than my last one (purple) but, I was a bit disappointed. It’s very hot and sinks a lot. The delivery was a joke. When I received the bed via fedex the box was completely destroyed cardboard barely hanging on luckily the mattress was ok. I expected better customer service. Warranty is a joke.

For our first non-traditional mattress, I decided to do a ton of research as that's how I buy everything. My wife and I wanted something more firm than a full memory foam mattress, but definitely not too firm. That led me right to hybrids, and after reading review after review, we felt that Ghostbed would be a good fit for us. We're only a little over a week in, and our box spring and bed frame haven't arrived yet, so I know that will slightly change the feel, but I couldn't be happier. I'm a combo side and stomach sleeper, and it feels like night and day between this and a traditional mattress. Just enough support to not feel hugged by the bed, but soft enough to be very relaxing. It's easy to change positions, and I can't tell when my wife gets in or out of bed. Overall, the Ghostbed Flex, king size, has been an absolute joy.

Base and mattress were easy to set up.Base shipping box was beat up and some small damage that did not warrant the hassle of return. I wish legs were sturdier. 2 of the threaded inserts spun out. Lucky there were 2 more I could use. Mattress was firmer than expected. Ok first few weeks. Now that its broken in it's a little softer but thinner. I'm a side sleeper. 6ft 240. Now I sometimes feel springs .I'm looking into a topper option

I like the hybrid style. After years of sleeping on all-foam mattresses, it's nice to have some bounce. My husband and I are average weight, but our last mattress was not supporting our hips anymore and this mattress has us both feeling so much better. I like a firm mattress, and this is it. It does transfer more motion than an all-foam mattress, but it's a fair trade-off.

Love my new bed ! So comfortable , like sleeping on a cloud. Getting the best sleep I have ever had, I have herniated discs in my neck & my low back sometimes bothers me. So I was pleasantly surprised to wake up & not be in any pain or even stiff at all. Best mattress I have ever bought & I encourage people to buy one.👍👍👍👍

I purchased the flex using katupult. Which makes it a easy way to purchase. The bed arrived a few days later after my order. Unpacked it and let it air out some on my bed frame. It was a little firmer than I wanted it to be but after breaking it in it's worth every penny. I've slept great on it every night since I bought it.

I love my new bed! I have had some of the best sleep I have had in years! The adjustable base is a must as well! The cooling factor of the mattress and pillows is a great big plus! A friend recommended them to me and I owe them a big thank you for this!!!

I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

Bed is good. Just a little firm but getting better sleep. Like the cooling comfort w/ o having to put a separate topper on it. Don’t be shy! Give the bed a try ! Just may require a break in period if you are used to a softer bed. I do have a mattress topper on mine for now but may remove it soon to see how I sleep w/o it. It just gives some softness on top of the mattress but it does support all the major pressure points of the body where it counts. Not disappointed!
