All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. To resolve the issue, please try to reset the Armoury Crate application. If problem persists, please do a hardware reset as a last resort. If still the same result. We recommend that you send the product in for service in order to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service.
